More About Me
I am an Associate Professional Counselor. I received my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Georgia Southern University in 2025. I believe therapy works best when you feel truly seen and understood, and I aim to create a safe, supportive space where you can show up as you are—without fear of judgment.
I work with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, and relational issues. I also have experience working with neurodivergent individuals and strive to provide affirming, strengths-based support that honors each person’s unique way of thinking and interacting with the world.
My style blends Person-Centered Therapy with CBT and DBT-informed strategies. This means our work together will feel collaborative and supportive, while also providing structure and practical skill-building when helpful. With children, I incorporate play therapy interventions and creative, developmentally appropriate techniques to help them express emotions and build coping skills in ways that feel natural and engaging.
I believe growth happens through both compassion and gentle challenge. My hope is that through our work together, you leave sessions feeling more confident, self-aware, and equipped to navigate life’s challenges.
I look forward to starting our journey together!!
